Take care of yourself and recover slowly from childbirth. 

 

Postnatal recovery is an important stage for you. Our postnatal programs are designed to help you become more aware of your body and your strength. You'll regain your muscle tone, especially in the areas that were most stressed during pregnancy and childbirth, such as the abdominals, buttocks and pelvic floor.

 

This variety of exercises is based on :

 

  • guided movement through pilates, cardio/muscle strengthening, yoga is designed to strengthen and realign your body,

  • advice on coping with the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and childbirth: meditation, hypnosis...

  • guides for coping with the challenges of the first month (breastfeeding, baby crying...)

 

 

 

These programs also offer recovery advice, including how to take care of yourself and promote optimal healing, with valuable series of tips on breastfeeding, relaxation and being present to yourself.
